Sometimes it happens, when your bird had a wet poop.
This is how I clean my nappy suit. I don’t need to clean the nappy suit every time when Charlie did poop, just changing the liner (a half cut cotton pad). Occasionally I clean it without soaking it in a water.
Rub with the Old tooth brush with warm water / soapy water.
Dry it with the paper towel.
Hang it somewhere to dry, it will be dried within 30 min.
